Star Struck...

It was a sunny afternoon and I was dressed in my best shirt...
Yes, my creased candy striped shirt and I was so looking forward for today since I am going to interview Hans Isaac as he is like so the freaking cute right?
However, my editor told me "Sorry yea... Cannot wor... Someone else will be doing it... you do Harith and Joey la". Cheh. Crushed since Hans Isaac, my dream boat is like no longer in the grasp of my palm.

What you lookie lookie huh?

So this project is initiated by Hannah Tan called the H factor aimed at the Teenage to young baby boomers. Its all about the different Entertainment industry and these guys are here to talk to you about it la. Macam mentor montoree kinda thing but like in a conference sorta style. Was pretty much a surprise cos I never thought Hannah Tan is such a passionate person in inspiring the next generation. And she is super nice. She can smile at you everytime you pass her by and since this is her project, she would pull the stuff and pick up rubbish and all. I am actually impressed!

Smile Hannah, smile...

But I still have Harith and I find it like damn glamour la kan interview Celebrity besar kan. I can tell people, "Hey, you know the guy who dance in a sarong in Sepet? yeah That Fei Lou la... I interviewed him" Wah, but he hor is a little reserved. i don't really get to see his funny side. So serious. I enjoyed it since I got to spend half an hour with Harith Iskander.

Harith Iskander...

Then, I spotted the cutest guy in the gang, Fellest Yan.
I don't have his picture but trust ,me, he has the best arms and ass money can buy. And such a boyish face. Totally the kind of guy I could strip and say take me baby, take me. But hor. When Hannah Tan, yes, she actually came up to talk to me like I am some famous journalist from Times Mag or something, came up, my editor told me that someone is covering him. Damn, first Hans Isaac now Fellest?

He is like next to Hans Isaac in the picture... Hot...

Tapi my assignment lead to Joey. Goodness, I lost Hans and now this total hunk? Takpe, I ni kan professional. Must keep it to that level one. Man when I saw this guy, he has Tattoos all over and certainly one guy I won't usually hang around but this guy has passion like no one for graphics and I had so much fun interviewing him. I find him so freaking cool.

Joey Khor...

Sudah habis pun. Perut already making vibration like handphone Sony aku. Then , my editor say, "Don't kill me but can you do like Hans Isaac?" Anytime baby, anytime. "Erm, i mean interview?" Oh... sobs... Tapi hatiku meloncat-loncat. Terus i dudk buat question sebab I tak prepare kan? So then there he was, tall, dark and hemsem. Ahhh... tapi forehead got 5-6 lines like every ex girlfriend he had marked a scar on it. Sigh... Wah tapi interiew tu memang susah. He is like so intimidating and I can't focus with the thought of him on top of me... Ok no la, he was pretty much not the dumb dumb actor. He actually pretty smart and I began to think my questions were an insult to his intelligence. Tapi I managed to pull through tapi i also found out he is not single anymore and he is not dating Erra Fazzira. Cheh. Not scadalous pun.

Notice where his hands were fellas...

Hence ends my day at the photoshoot. I camwhored with Pietro and Serena C as well... They are super nice and funny. Serena is the best... She is like super funny.

Pietro

Serena C... Girl you are fierce...

Freakiest part was David who is a magician and metalist. OMG... He did the spoon bending and I was like freaking out when he bended and break the spoon. Then he did the meanest trick of turning his entire pack of cards into blank cards... You feel like watching Mondo Magic or David Balin like for real.

ANTM Cycle 11: The Flight of the Baloon

Yes, I am an ANTM whore with the likes of Froggie. Since he ain't gonna do much about it, I decided to talk about this season cos its Fierce... (Do the finger thing)

Ok, so this week it's all about posing and the posing guru, Benny Ninja came along...
so he posed and posed heck, why all the men pose so freaking well? We should all do drag and be fierce. But then again, if I do it, Benny will lose his job. My proportions are might hot... Sizzle...

Ok Coming back to the challenge it was a handbag posing challenge and was pretty dull. Sheena made a wrong move by having the product at the crotch while Nikeysha (say hey...) said she is gonna crap in her pants. Tsk tsk tsk. However, Elina won. Well, she deserved it. Cos I have no idea what the girls were doing having their tippy toes to hold the handbag. Heck how are you gonna walk with the bag on your lil toesy... We have to strut honey.

So this week's controversy or bitch fight was whitey white girl Hannah against the Ethnic girls, and boy, the usuals with the whole racial thing. Man, I thought we are bad here but they are worst.

Photoshoot time. You see a baloon and a ladder. So you are gonna do some height shoots but with the wind blowing strong the baloon is cancelled and the girls were left hanging (literally) on the ladder. Fabulous.

Lauren-Brie...

MrG: Fantastic Pose. With the sitting in the air pose, girlyou get an A for originality.

Elina...

MrG: I agree, the Angelina Jolie look and the whole picture look like Lady Madonna coming down from heaven on a Rainbow baloon.

Joslyn...
MrG: OMG, so hot man but her look is too Auntie-ish...

Marjorie...

MrG: Magnifique...I love the scraf in the wind and the whole Bohemian look. Give it another boost of confidence please.

McKey...

MrG: Lovely. No more boxing pose. But this is still not very pretty...

Samantha...

MrG: Nah... Not my favourite. Clumsy

Sheena...

MrG: My fave girl. Give me a high five and a low five but you need to keep your hooch in. And good job on owning up that you have a boob job. I lurrvvee you sista.

Hannah...

MrG:White supremist. Just relying on pretty and nothing more. BORING!

Clark...

MrG: Actually, this picture looks a little too draggish... Her face is worst than Dominique of last season.

Brittany...

MrG:Very chinese beauty yet its just too common.

Analeigh...

MrG: The pose is alright but the hand just don't go with the leg.

Isis...

MrG: Dude... I mean Girl, you look like you were falling and your hands are like stuck to the ladder. Face is not pretty but I like you cos you "dragged" it out...

Nikeysha...

MrG: Eeekkk... You are out. The face is squished and the attitude gotta go.

Oh yeah. Introducing MrG, the newest, uninvited judge in ANTM. Though the won't call my name at panel, I call the shots most of the time.

My interview with the... Diva!

I want you to guess who... Who? Who? Who?

Ning Baizura? Siti Nurhaliza? Erra Fazera? Fauziah Latif? Anita Sarawak? Mariah Carey?

Semua salah...

Ok, ok, I give clue...

Seharum bunga yang mengoda...

Nope... Not Misha Omar but the one and only,

Camellia!!!

I know. Jangan jealous. Itu adalah berkat dari syurga kerna aku banyak berbuat baik. Ok ok.

So it was 2 am and Willie gave me a call saying that his friend is in need of a freelance writer and needs to attend the photoshoot cum interview with their covergirl, Camelia but the catch is that I won't be paid.
Since, Sara was so sweet and sound so cham, I decided that it is OK to help her out since she was so sweet on the phone though I was hesitant. So the big day came and I tried to dress nice nice, put harum harum on, spray under the ketiak, makan breath mints, iron iron my hair biar nampak segak. So I sampai jumpa ngan si Sara. Mana tau... my sister punya senior kat sekolah and sudah lama jumpa balik pulak...
...It's a small world after all... It's a small, small world...

So lepas tu, we all go to the studio and we masuk only Camelia was nowhere to be seen so kita pun all duduk duduk, cakap cakap, gossip gossip about things la...

Sara: Eh, what time already? Shouldn't she be here yet?

G: Dunno. Must be late la. Diva right?

Sara: Eh, lets see how long it takes her to get here?

G: OK!

Masa itu manager dia turn around and we all like OMG, she has been hearing all of out chitty chitty bang bang about Cam. Then I went to the loo to find out she is taking almost forever to do her make up.

So finally she appeared on the set. Its my first time seeing her and she looks like some dracula sebab lipstick dia guna hitam lepas tu rambut basah macam baru habis mandi. Haiyor... Her poses were way to safe la. Masa tu I macam Mr Jay kat tepi buat muka...

So hot...

I need a lil bit of hunch here and there.

Oh thats pretty...

Hoochie!!!
You gotta show some neck girl...

Tapi actually she has a stylist who macam Mr Jay tapi muka macam Ms Jay sikit so I tetap fab la kan? So then, the shot proceeded with 11 outfits and I duduk sampai my lovely buns are about to kempis di. So when she finally habis and buka-ed her puasa. She came running to us...
So I pun interview dia lar... I tanya about her career and all those boring stuff la. She is actually not so Diva as how people termed her to be. Very approachable and she is like hahaha.... here and hehehehe... there... Macam Nicole Kidman. Shy shy only... I tried to get juicy details only she was like... Errr... No personal questions please...

Me and the magazine... and the soon to be cover...

Haish... So now, I memang suka this job. No pay tapi I know next week mungkin dapat interview Hans Isaac and the not so my type, Hannah Tan ... I want!!!

So hemsem...

Sabah Episode 4: Burning the C.O.C.O.N.U.T.

Gaya Street

Ahhh... the Sabbath... The morning was off to Gaya street for some shopping before heading to church and boy... was it... boring?

Malunyer... Jangan bagitau orang...
What is a city boy who lived in KL for the past 22 years, filled with malls like Gayvilion... I mean Pavilion, I cannot be bothered with small stalls selling seashells and pets in cardboard boxes or some cassettes from the 80s with yellowed plastics covers and handicrafts which are not appealing. However, its a must go for Sabahans as this market is only open on Sundays. We tried a not-too-bad noodles there but I was too frustrated as I left my camera's battery home when we left... I can't camwhore for the day but... I still managed to with the help of Macy's cam...
Yummy...

We didn't do much except visiting beaches (again...) and into this beautiful hotel, Rasa Ria Shangrilla with many ang mo's lying on the beach while I took a few forbidden glances...

Actually, I was just staring at this ang mo who passed us by when were taking this picture... Never knew Macy didn't capture him as well...

My Beach Villa... Nice or not?

And yes, the traggic Coconut incident. We all burn our tongues trying to drink that hot drink which is supposed to be famous but with it being so hot, none of us could actually finish the drink nor could we even eat the fleash but, actually it tasted pretty good...

Sabah Episode 3: King of the Trampoline

I think it the light of the Olympics, and seeing how the men gymnast did the trampoline, I decided to try my hands on a smaller and rounder version of the trampoline while I was at the Kinarut Adventure Park...
It was a fun day out with the gang going on the high rope challenge as well as doing the flying fox before we take a joy ride along the beach on ATV (All Terrain Vehicles) and ended the day with kayaking in the sea.
Beginning with the high rope challenge, it kinda freaked me a little me out since I have some issues with wobbly ladders as well as height so I braved myself, amongst the many ladies and went up to the top to start my "routine". We had all sorts throwing our way and I was most freaked over the planked bridge that has this see-saw that you have to go up and down in mid air to cross over... Though that was, to me the hard one, I loved the rest of it as NS had prepared me for the worst...

The strap is so tight, look at how it squeezed my ass out.

Then the flying fox. I don't understand why we can't take a lift up but have u climb up another wobbly ladder... It's pretty scary as the ladder is swaying from side to side like some coconut tree in the Bahamas while I climb up steadily... As I arrived the top, the guy pulled up the bar for me to hold before I "fly" down...
Guy: Sudah Bersedia
Me: Belum...
Took me a round 15 seconds (only) to get seated and be pushed off the ledge and soar pass the trees... It was fun no doubt and I, the cam whore took millions of pictures of me coming down and doing all sorts of poses Ala America's Next Top Model 5 where they did the superhero shot.

My superhero pose... Without the Mia Ferrow haircut that is.

Cassandra dear... you learned from the best...

Once we are done with all things high, we go even higher. Being as thin as a rake, slim and slender, nice and tender, I don't have much upper body strength (albeit lower body body strength), I don't really have faith that I could climb up to the top of the rock climbing wall. But being me, I must try and guess what, I reached the top and I was more than glad... but that was the simple one when I got the the moderate one, I got only half way up... My nerves got the better of me... again...

So we then had time to kill while waiting for the ATVs to be prepped, I jumped onto the trampoline to have a go at all my poses... As I landed in Sabah, the gang has already named me the posing king and so I showed them what I could do on a trampoline... Before you know it...
All of them came up for a try out to beat me...

Best pose yet...

More of my fabulous poses...

Cheh... Betul...
After a round of 15 minutes on an ATV... Mine rosak halfway, we went kayaking in the sea and we even saw one miserable Jellyfish... But the best part was to kayak out into the open... You really feel sorta liberated....
And before I left...

Very Mary Poppins kan...

Sabah Episode 2: We Go Island Hoping!

Me doing couture...

The best part is that when my sister text me and ask for my whereabouts, I told her I am island hoping, she did not have a clue of how I could hop from one to another!

But this was one of the best beach experience...

We did the banana boat, we did the snorkelling and played with nemo, we had a picnice, we played water monkey, we took loads of picture, we took in the sun... and yes, i checked out way too many hotties...

Fishes like all swimming around you...

The islands, mainly Sapi, Mamutik and Manukan are really nice but are not as clean as I have expected them to be. Being in Manukan last year, the water is not filled with plastic bags and the worst of it's kind... SEAWEED. Those icky green stuff makes the ocean look like a dumpster... And Macy was freaking out each time I threw it to her...

All of us learning floating and posing 101

So hemsem... Macam ikan bertanduk

The banana boat experience was frightening to me as me and Mel dropped into the ocean first and the boat swerved and hit me but I managed to push it away... Thats like my near death experience... Mel's gal even screamed.

I still survived...

But the whole day was just filled with a lot of jumping and we shot so many shots of us jumping up and down...

Can see all of us trying to do United Colours of benetton Ad... got potential kan?

Thats me doing kung fu Panda...

I like this... macam fish spa kan? Tapi no fishy...
